my daughter she has been living in another country for some time and in about 1 year she will be coming back to california to live with me but the problem is that in El Salvador where she is living her dentist and orthodontist will be starting a treatment on her and it requires two years of checking up but the process of it will end in her having braces put on but the problem is im wondering if the last year or so of the treatment can it be finished here in california which will just be having the regular check ups which require the tightening of the braces and finally removing the braces. Can that be be done here? If you can please get back to me as soon as possible regarding this it will be a great help.

I'm sure many people have this problem, and i was one of them. I used have braces and mid-way my parents moved from new jersey to hawaii, its still the same country but we have the same issue. I found another orthodontist and everything was fine.
Find a dentist/orthodontist that is under your insurance and call them and tell them your situation, if they are willing to take up the challenge, then your problem is solved. This probably isnt the first time they had to deal with a situation like yours. Don't worry about it, someone will do it.
