I wear class 2 rubberbands on my braces, but I was wondering what the triangle configuration is for? I know that class 2 are supposed to fix an overbite, but what do the triangles do? Thanks!

If it's to fix the overbite, it helps to pull your upper jaw back. No, I'm not an orthodontist, but I've had braces.
