Do orthodontists charge you for changing the bracket colors on your braces?

nope completely free. everytime you go to get your braces "tightened" you get to change your colo(u)rs free of charge. That way you don't have to worry about it if you pick colo(u)rs you don't like. Try every possible colo(u)r selection out there and don't worry =D

Do orthodontists charge you for changing the bracket colors on your braces?
quick reality, nothing is for free.
Reply:The brackets...yes. They would have to remove the brackets, wires and glue, and then put on new ones. Since it cost you to put brackets on once, it will again. I got gold and I hated it! I wanted to get silver, but that didn't happen because we would have had to pay a few hundred dollars.
Reply:Do you mean the color of the rubber bands that attach to the bracket? Because changing a color of bracket doesn't make sense you have either a silver bonded bracket, gold or ceramic and those stay permanent til you ortho if finished. If you want to change those it would be costly- but the rubber bands are no charge because they have to remove them to tighten the brackets and replace them with the color of your choice at no charge.
Reply:Probably because they would have to remove the bracket and then reapply them...unless it like fell of or something I would have to say "Yes"
